Hi AX,

Our next chapter meeting is on Monday, April 11, at 7:30pm. We're back
to our usual location in 1-150. Due to scheduling constraints and the
rapidly approaching end of term, it's absolutely chock full of
business, so please be on time. While I'll do my best to keep things
running quickly, you should expect this one to go a little long.

Since we will be voting on bylaws amendments at this meeting, there is
a special quorum of _one-half the active members_. We'll have the
voting close to the beginning of the meeting in case you need to leave
early, but if at all possible, please come!

You must be present for at least part of the Distinguished Service Key
discussion if you want to vote on DSK recipients. Voting will be in
the APOffice from Wednesday 4/13 through Tuesday 4/19.

On the agenda are:
- Nominations for next term's senior officers (open until elections
meeting on 4/25)
- Voting on the bylaws amendments discussed on 3/28
- Service project reports
- Discussion of chapter Distinguished Service Key awards
- Discussion of the second batch of bylaws amendments

For those new to the chapter, the DSK (Distinguished Service Key) is
the highest recognition that can be given by APO to an individual,
honoring "outstanding service to the fraternity". It is awarded at the
chapter, alumni, section, region, or national level; we'll be talking
about Chapter DSKs on Monday. Any active brother who attends any part
of the DSK discussion is eligible to vote on the recipients. Pledges
are of course welcome at the discussion too. :-)

See you all on Monday!

YiLFS,
Josh
