Hi all,
Some pledges and some brothers met to talk about Big Screw. We named
sub-PC's for publicity, candidates, and booth (= dexion + papier mache
screw) and assumed shawest was still manpower sub-PC. We still need a
sub-PC for finances and one for the awards ceremony, and we need an
Elder Statesman for candidates. Please consider stepping up!
We determined what tasks each group was responsible for and when they
should do it by. I've attached the board notes and the list of committee
members who have chosen areas to work on so far.
Add yourself to big-screw if you want to help or hear all our
organizational chit-chat.
Send mail to big-screw if you want to say something to the organizers
about the project.
