Hello all!
There has been much talk as of late about hosting the Spring 2012
conclave. I want to make this happen! A lot of you raised your hands
at the last chapter meeting to show interest, so I'm hoping for a ton
of help! First, we need to schedule a meeting date/time. I have
enlisted the help of my good friend, Doodle, so I'm hoping you pay him
a visit in the next 24 hours if you are interested in helping:

At this meeting, we will be laying out what we have to do in the next
couple weeks to prepare a bid, as well as throwing around some theme
ideas. Hope to see you there!
