Conclave
oremanj: conclave! registration deadline today.
oremanj: do we want to host conclave spring 12? there is some interest,
but no was has expressed interest in taking point in setting up our bid
(not necessarily committing to run it).
jaxxson: who is willing to help the person who decides to pc the bid?

catherio: you can do this if you are a pledge.
slehmann: i've never been to a conclave…
catherio: delegation of tasks!
slehmann will think about it
oremanj: at next chapter meeting, we will be electing voting delegates
for conclave. the most obvious things to vote on is who will host the
spring '12 conclave, and electing a section chair. you need to be a
brother to be a voting delegate.

catherio: we have pledges! yesterday was big little, and it was awesome.
people who wanted to be bigs but aren't can help with memcomm.
oremanj: if you believe you are active, and haven't paid dues, you
should do that.

Bylaws
oremanj: backlog of things we'd like to update. i'd like to form
rulescomm again. catherio, rhkeeler, and brogan are interested.
people are on apo-rules-comm

Service
slehmann: SAFO stuff is done! check pickup will be soon
ederegt: helped girl scouts this weekend learn to weave etc. this would
be a fun project to do again.
thzhou: for passing projects, we need 3 people. new rule: if you are on
the chmrr 5 days before the event, you are locked in, and must find your
own replacement.

brogan: girl scout cookie depot.
thzhou: it's at our sibling chapter in ct. they don't have a pledge
class, so need manpower. we'll be distributing cookies to girl scout
troops. we'll be sleeping over at one of their advisors houses. after
the project, we could have a fellowship event. good opportunity to meet
new people.
catherio: i met the people at quinnipac at conclave, and they're cool.
they had about 5 people when i met them.

ill be soliciting PCs
thzhou: big screw is the week of 4/4. needs a PC. catherio wants to be

thzhou: walk for hunger. handing out water/food, stamping papers, etc.

oremanj: afterfinals! like chapter weekend, but after finals. are people
interested? 8 hands, some half-hands.

afarrell: project to collect care packages to soldiers in afghanistan.
the plan is to put boxes around hallways in dorms and on campus. we need
people in other dorms, or academic departments and facilities to take
care of boxes. we are still looking for sub-PCs. meeting about this

we need boxes. can someone sub-PC getting a bunch of boxes?
