I will probably be leaving a box or two of Free Houseplants (TM) in
the APO office tomorrow. (I am moving tomorrow and haven't had time
to deal with normal plant redistribution methods.) They are the kind
of plants that can survive being not watered for two months while the
owner is living in lab, though they won't be ecstatic about it.
(Gee, how do I know this? :-)
Feel free to take a plant(s).. or force them on acquaintances.. or
send mail to reuse.. or they can even stay in the office window if
someone plans to water them regularly.
