Sorry for the late notice. As I said at the chapter meeting, I will be
having MomComm this weekend. The time is Sunday, 6pm. The place is the
APO office. The people I expect to be there are Jen'n Schwartz, Kate
Curtis, Tracy Vogler, and Marc Tanner -- these are people who have
communicated their interest in attending to me thus far.
I would also like to see anybody else who is interested in the
membership program for this term -- for those of you unfamiliar with the
term, MomComm is a meeting for the MVP to get feedback and ideas about
the membership program in a forum with interested people outside of
chapter meetings -- to feel free to attend. On the agenda will be
retention, pledge class solidarity, the pledge manual, and pledge class
events and meetings. Also likely to be on the agenda are brotherhood
expectations and means by which we can add some form of "getting to know
the brothers and pledges" to the pledge requirements (and brotherhood
expectations) in a way acceptable to this chapter.
Please RSVP if your name is not listed in the above paragraph, just so
that I can know who to expect and whether to wait for people or not.
