I can't comment on the degree of overhead involved in having multiple media
links in the same document, but specifying a style sheet for xwindows or a
random palmtop or whatever seems extremely useful.  Those of us in the MOO
community and the educational community have a body of people used to a
particular style of interfaces, and this sort of style sheet support would
make it much easier for us to integrate tools like Mosaic into our existing
environments.
