Thanks for your comments on Arena 0.91 -- prerelease 0.92 is now
out. You can read more about it from

Among the changes are:
o monochrome displays don't require the "-mono" option anymore
o image support for 1, 2, and 4 depth displays has been added
o arena starts up in color8 mode by default to avoid black 24bit SGIs
o button labels are now inside the boxes on all platforms
o info.cern.ch has replaced www.w3.org as home of help pages
o unexpected X events are no longer reported unless -debug is
specified
o the W3O icon is also used as application icon
o mailcap files are looked for in several places: /etc/mailcap,
/usr/etc/mailcap, /usr/local/etc/mailcap, ~/.mailcap
o WWW_HOME is honored
o files can be opened from status line
o cache directories are created world writable
