Mosaic 1.1 support CSO servers through Gopher via an addition to
HTGopher.c in the stock libwww; the code was contributed by, let's
see, can't quite remember his name, comes from a flat state but it's
not Illinois or Iowa... hmmm... *scratch scratch*...
I vote we support it that way.
