chill... be civil...

Yup this problem keeps cropping up every once in a while. We adapt, we make
changes we believe will deal with the symptoms. Give the volume of messages we
get, the few that get messed up seem to be minimal.

We have made another set of changes which we hope will resolve the problems.
We are not changing the daemon name, we are not going to change Athena's
configuration of our server. We wish these to be "out of the box"

It is most unfortunate that you selected the daemon name for a mailing list,
much like selecting "root" for system administrators....

So, www@mit.edu just recieved *another* round of bounces, in spite of
the fact that I have been *personally* assured by several people that
this would stop.

The fix for this is *trivial*. One of your admins has already made
the modifications once. I've suggsted *multiple* methods of fixing
the problem, including putting correct headers in the mail message,
and/or fixing mail handling at fishwrap. *NO OTHER SERVER* at MIT has
*EVER* had this much trouble with such a *simple* piece of software.

I'm getting really tired of this. The last time it happened I took
rather extreme measures to remind the person who had promised me he'd
fix it. I hope I won't have to do that here.

thank you,
chad
