Well, it looks like MIME (reminds me of MIME, at least, I don't remember
the details of the encoding) = is being used for escaping newlines when
a break isn't really desired.  '=3D' means '=', 3D is hex for ascii '='
The =96 in G=96teborg is not iso8859 though...
