I installed a prerelease of version 1.0 of the Discuss->WWW gateway on
www.mit.edu. I'm only planning on adding comments, copyright notices
and documentation between now and the release. The source code will
be realeased onto an unsuspecting world sometime between today (Tuesday)
and Friday. =)
I also created a public mailing list, diswww, for discussion of stuff
related to the gateway, and a Discuss meeting (on Charon) to archive
it. The list will be active tomorrow.

PS.
The gateway builds on RS/6000 and Sun without any modification of the
source (except using -lsocket -lnsl /usr/ucblib/libucb.a -lelf -ldl on
the Sun). Yay!
