adding other gateways

Ideas for other gateways:
1) techinfo. Has anyone talked to cern about getting their code, maybe
we can integrated it into plexus, or just run it from there?
2) gns. There's a city-name geographic database that's telnet'able...
that would be really cool to have a link to (to put links in your
<address> sections for example.) Anyone want to try this?
3) online callbook. telnet callsign.cs.buffalo.edu 2000 gets you a
server; the www interface would presumably be callbook/license/N1DPU
or callbook/license/name (searchable) or something like that. I'll
hack on this if noone else does...
