http://www.ntt.jp/index-j.html is Nippon Telephone & Telegraph's home page -- the japanese version (the english one is just index.html.) However, Mosaic doesn't do the conversion. Any more likely suggestions (maybe the emacs mode under mule, or lynx under a japanese xterm?)
