rc.local on picayune still had "su www &" in it; one on charon did
not. I fixed both of them (both in afs and locally). This means that
the WWW server is completely moved to Charon. In the next couple of
days, I will tar up picayune:/var/local/www cruft and free the space.
I also added the startup for the Discuss->WWW gateway that's currently
running on Charon on port 8008. It's a forking server I wrote in C.
The gateway enables people to access this transaction through
