Sorry but I'm not voluntering :-). However, it has often struck me,
as a I pull back a few thousand newsgroups, that constructs such as
<a name=news href=news:*>Usenet News</a> might sensibley look for
a .newsrc in ~ and only pull back subscribed groups. I guess this is
something for the NCSA crew.
