Hello Amir -- I trust that with the latter ISPP BoF presenters limited
to 5 minute time slots, that you are going to seriously ride herd on
the early presenters to keep them within their time slots.  

By what logic are you putting two 5 minute slots last?  All we need is
for the first 8 of your 10 minute slots to run over by 1 minute each
to rob the last two 5 minute slots of their entire allotted time.

Are you sure all those 10 minute slots really need to be that long?
How about putting the short slots first;-)...  Then the big slot folks
can slug it out among themselves.  

Or, since there are 9 presenters and 80 minutes allocated, how about 9
minutes each for all 9 of us?  What is the basis for allotting 10
minutes to so many, and only 5 minutes to a few?

Also, why was your announcement not sent to IETF-Announce?
