Paul & Doug,
There isn't really a version of BSAFE that is exportable but you can
build applications that use BSAFE which can then be exported. You are
correct that RSA (with much assistence from many of our licensees) have
worked with the Commerce dept to get a CJ for certain security applications
using 40bit RC2/4.
It is not automatic that if you use 40bit RC2/4 that you can export.
