I was curious where you obtained your statistics.  I'm especially
interested in where information can be gathered concerning what credit
card companies will/won't cover a transaction made over the Net.  It
would seem to me that if a fraudulent transaction is found on your
statement then then it should be dealt with in the normal manner.
