7. If it runs on NT that's nice too.
8. Handle a large volume of email.

10. A GUI interface would be nice but not a must have.
11. Allow us the ability to add new domains / addresses we don't
want
to get mail from.
Lets not start any freedom of speech fights. No email holy wars
please.
Cheap but good, expensive but good, free but good solutions would be
entertained.
Try Linux (free), with sendmail or any other mailer daemon. If you run
the mail server under Linux or something like that it's very easy to
configure it to send mail from any sites you want to /dev/null or your
favorite hiding place.
