Has anybody studied Microsoft's Open Financial Exchange and Open Financial
Connectivity for online banking?

The spec is at http://www.microsoft.com/finserv/ofxdnld.htm

More significantly, you can find a white paper under
http://www.microsoft.com/ofc/ that describes how to turn NT running IIS
into a highly secure system suitable for home banking type applications.
Anybody have any opinions on how reasonable this is? Would you run a system
configured like this?
