The firm that makes Surfinshield is also working on a server version to
work inline with your proxy server. But that's just another buffer
between the Corporate user and the Internet.
SurfinShield may however be a good fit for moblie and home users.
I wish this was something I could attach to a Netscape Proxy Server

But, at some point we will no longer be able to protect our users from
everything on the Big Bad Net. If they open their eyes and watch where
they step they can pick the flowers with out coating their shoes with
cow pie.
