If the primary aim to to give the 100 pc's www access, give them
unreachable IP addresses (eg 10.1.1.100 -> 10.1.1.199), assign some of
your 32 valid addressable IP addresses to a machine you set up to run a
www proxy (such as the old cern proxy: http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/Daemon/,
or the newer squid proxy: http://squid.nlanr.net/Squid/) on, say
the Sun or one of linux machines). Then configure the PC's to use this
machine as your WWW (and FTP, if needed) cache.
If your clients want to run lots of other protocols (IRC, telnet, ...)
consider using address translation software available as part of cisco's
IOS.
