cisco routers with IOS of 11.2 will do address translation for you (so will
fw-1)
the problem with the cisco router solution is you can't map an invaild
ip to a legal one so no machine would be accessible from the internet
but all could get out. Well 32 at any one time.
you could reserve and perm assign some numbers to 
particular machines.
OR  
use address translation in FW-1 ;-)
