FTP and Netscape Enterprise Server

Hi !
We are using Windows NT 3.51 as a platform for Netscape Enterprise
Server. For some of the applications we need to run a FTP server on the
same machine together with Netscape Enterprise Server. How can we manage
this ?
I tried installing IIS from Microsoft, but it changed some files, with
the effect that some applications aren't working.
