I have had to unsubscribe *ALL* subscribers to the <www-security> mailing
list that are from the ibm.net domain.
The reason is because some software in the ibm.net domain is generating
bounces BACK TO THE LIST when there is a problem with a recipients mailbox.
The bounce contains NO reference as to which mailbox is causing the problem.
Until ibm.net fixes this problem I cannot allow subscribers from this
domain.
If you are a subscriber to ibm.net then I urge you to complain directly
to them.
I will not allow subscribers from ibm.net until they have confirmed that
their software has been fixed.
