Announce new phf prober release

With the help of several folks I have converted the phf
probe script to work with perl 5. Also made a lot of changes
and hopefully add some thing that will make it faster.

NOTE: If you use the fakePHF portion then at the very end of
the perl script you might want to modify the dummy password
