You could set up a virtual drive under IIS's FTP service to point to the
volume/directory where your HTML files reside, and use an FTP client on
your Netware client box to upload the files. If you have the directory
set up as a virtual directory under IIS's WWW service, the files are
immediately available to the HTTP server.

To remedy security concerns, you could set up the IIS FTP service to
allow TCP connections only from the boxes you want to be able to upload
the HTML files from.

I guess another simple way to do this would be to set up the volume
where your web stuff resides under the file and print services for
Netware. This would allow you to access the NT server from a Netware
client as if it were a Netware server.

Either way, all you have to remember is to place the files into a
directory that's mapped as a virtual directory by the IIS WWW service,
and you will be fine.
