Sharon,
Couldn't he just delete his email icon and create a new one? Or he could
change his name, or he could switch to AOL which he is apparently more
compatible with..maybe he should give these options a try if he is still
having difficulties. Just a random mindless thoughts. My apologies to
the list for pseudo-constructivism.
