Also, there is a patch for CERN httpd called "webfilter." This allows you to specify
unix command (such as using sed, awk or perl) through which web pages are
filtered.

This filtering may be restricted to URL's matching a given regular expression.

I use this to filter the ads from my (otherwise) favorite sites. It can be used to 
filter out bad language as well...

Also, the CERN httpd may be set up to deny access to given URL's.
