Port 135 is used by the portmapper for remote administration
(dns, user mgr, remote registry editing etc).
Any string not understood by the portmapper (greater than 10
chars) will cause this effect.
Since the rpcss process is run on base priority 8, the system
will not be severely impacted.
To kill the process (rpcss) use console util kill.exe from the
resource kit (gui won't work).
Note this will render all remote admin functionality disfunct.
Servers already connected to the killed portmapper must be
reinitialized even after the portmapper is restarted.
