If you are really in need of high security you could use
an mls/oracle web server. Other options are a proxy firewall in front of the
webserver combined with a non static password authentication at the firewall,
webserver, or both. If you need info on the mls/oracle web server mail me
offline and I will send you some info. I believe it is currently under
b1 testing, but it might be done by now.
