www.apachessl.com would appear to be inoperative, besides being owned by the
vendor of Stronghold (C2).
Stronghold is derived from Apache-SSL. The only notable differences I'm aware
of are that Apache-SSL is free, and Stronghold isn't. Apache-SSL doesn't come
precompiled, and Stronghold does.
