Thank you to everyone that responded to my message. Many respondents have
forwarded a few Virus Hoax URLs that may be of assistance to others. I've
included that list below.
CIAC suggests that ONE individual at each organization be the one that sends
out virus advisories to their IntraNets. All others should contact the
point person to check out the virus alert.

The message is a hoax and a sham. Indicators are:
+lack of technical info in warning
+the FCC does not post advisories
+not terribly traceable
+the marked similariy to the "Good Times" hoax
The list could go on and on. This is just some idiot's way of amusing his
or her self. Disregard it. Tell those who have contacted you to
disregard it. Etc. The only intent is to spread a chain letter. That's
the only reason that the message was fabricated in the first place.
