Ummm - knowing a bit about you and your skills, I'd say that you may be
cheating yourself (and us.) Hang in and help us make it work. Part of the
required skill set (that you have demontrated you have) is putting up with
a HUGE amount of noise for the purposes of getting what you want / need -
contributing as you wish / can. While getting out of the frey when the
noise becomes unbearable is certainly the way we all save our sanity, it
does little to change things for the better.
