Actually, there is a white paper from O'Reilly and Associates
reguarding exactly what you are talking about. By changing only two
registry settings in NT4.0 workstation, you will get NT4.0 workstation
that behaves identially to it's counterpart NT4.0 Server. However, I do
not recommending that you go and change your registry settings to
"convert" NT4.0 workstation into a server, as that violates your software
license. That was not the intented use of the workstation or the software
license and by changing the those registries, you are committing a crime.
