These companies have both recently announced systems in which
a sort of virtual server-push would occur (although from the
vague hints in the very high-level marketing releases, I think
in both cases it may actually be done by client polling). I
am, of course, getting questions about how this all actually
works, and how the security is implememted. Does anyone have
any more technical information on these products, or pointers
to them? I'm reluctant to just download the free demos and
play with them, without having some idea of what's *supposed*
to be happening...
