i heard that its possible to get your e-mail address too but i still didn't
find out how. for ip or host name i can tell you that you can do this.
i made short script which do this every day and you can see results on my
page on http://rip1.fovref.uni-mb.si/~ogabe/statistics/addresses.html
but you have to have access to server logs.
