Yes, this is up to the vendors. But suggestions in an "implementor's guide"
would be nice.
Interesting how companies that portray themselves as pro-privacy (clipper...)
will conspire with commercial interests to spy on people.
How long before the EFF takes up the cookie privacy cause?
