Hello!
A new mailing list has been created to inform you about the developments
of the European R&D project on secure electronic commerce over open networks,
especially the Internet.
This message is about how to get more information about SEMPER.
SEMPER is part of the European Commission's ACTS Programme (Advanced
Communications Technologies and Services); for more information on

SEMPER Workshop as part of the Public Key Solutions (PKS '96)
conference, Zurich (Switzerland), October 2nd.
