What NS products currentl support netscape-revocation-url?

Netscape 3.0bx ???

Enterprise x.x ??

Also, what is this supposed to be interpreted as:

a) true revocation status (which will be 0 if it was not revoked but
expired)

b) validity status (which has been argued over at ietf-pkix)

c) validity status combined with expiration status (i.e. a full-stage
verify)

This second question is pretty important.
