Are they simply downloading all your material and putting it on
their site or just referncing your site from their own web page?
Assuming the latter change the names of the files that they are referncing
and update them on your own page. Then, if you wanted to be particularly
revengeful, you could also put something somewhat untasteful in the
place of the previous documents thereby causing their links to now display
things that they didn't intend.
Of course, this is also assuming that you don't have legal
authorities that would be more effective in handling such problems.
