The project is over.
and they still receive over 50,000 messages a week.
they don't want them.

That number is just going to grow and grow and grow ;-) What are they
doing about it?
If it was a school I would have expected it to crash their mail server a
couple of times (If going by our schools grip on the internet is any
indication of it...)
