   Well, problems, as they go, you can find some. Just ask first your local
cop what he thinks of it. I live in France, and crypting here is _illegal_ 
and can get you straight in troubles (this is changing slowly).
   After that, never forget that crypting is no kid's play. You have to know
what you want by using it. That is, what level of privacy you are looking for.
This will lead you to some packages/tools/algorithms. 
   As a rule of thumb, just look at PGP. It's pretty good stuff, you can use it
for a variety of tasks (signing, crypting and the like), robust and readily
available.
