Non-secure versions of the latest browsers (2.0 beta) are available
for evaluation, although on a selective basis (i.e. not yet for
general public downloading).

Entrust 2.0 will support v3 certificates, as well as multi-CA
environments (e.g. cross-certification); it's due for release by the
end of the year.
