I never planned to deny servies to anyone. The idea for me was that making my
statement would wake up a sleeping admin.
No, I haven't lost the original info mailing. Yes, I've mailed the request with
unsubscribes several times. I even mailed it about another mail account that I
never use, just in case. It has twice told me that it succeeded in unsubscribing
me at this account. I mailed the list several times requesting that I be taken off.
No response.
Yes, I've checked all the headers in my mail. It doesn't appear to be coming from
elsewhere.
This way, the admin actually is working on it. If I were to do the bounce, it is
hoped that the forwarding system would drop me very quickly, with minimal impact on
the rest of the folks on the list. It would not deny service to anyone but me. But Idon't plan to do it anyway. That's why I said I was considering it, not doing it.
But I don't have to, and don't want to, because an admin is working on it. I've
given him the name of the other possible (barely) account to search for, in case I
did something stupid and subscribed it instead of this one. Still, I did try to
unsubscribe that account too, just in case.
I have no beef with anyone, and no wish to deny services to anyone at all. I just
want off the list, and have for some time. I'd like thank the admin who is helping
me get off the list.
Thanks,
