a password dialog box popped up. (i was using netscape <something> though,
dunno if this works for all..)
would this suit you?
you probably don't even want to make the confidential docs available
under the same username as the anon account. keep an anon account,
and use the passworded account for confidential docs, then you can
keep track of (at least) whose machine accessed what.
