AFAIK there are no examples from canon.

Okrand told De'vID that the verb is intransitive at qepHom'a' 2011:

   lugh {ghur vay'}, {vay' ghurmoHlu'}, {nup vay'}, {vay' nupmoHlu'} je
   'e' maqbej MO. {jIr} rur {DIng} maq je 'ach rurchu' 'e' maqchu'be'.
