This feels like far too many {'ej}es. Try compressing this a bit:
ghIntaqDaj jIr ghargh: ngol, lev', ngol. poSDaq, nIHDaq, nach DungDaq je jIr(taH)!

Here I would try something like:
jop 'ej way', way' 'ej jop: SuS rur ghargh ghIntaq! 'ach vuvbe' HoD.
jop, way', jop: SuS rur ghargh ghIntaq! 'ach vuvbe' HoD.
Nice use of the story of the {ghaH vuv SuS neH} idiom.

You can use {-DI'} "as soon as, when":
wa'logh mupDI' HoD, wejlogh mup ghargh.
As soon as the Mountain strikes/struck once, the Viper strikes/struck thrice.
{-chugh} "if" might also work:
wa'logh mupchugh HoD, wejlogh mup ghargh.
If the Mountain strikes/struck once, the Viper strikes/struck thrice.
