I just realized! The word {bor} "gurgle (stomach noise)" is a pun word
referring to the English word "borborygmus": a rumbling or gurgling
sound caused by the movement of gas in the intestines.
I've had this word on my dictionary app's favorites list for almost a
year, and hadn't made the connection until now.
